Poncho "Lavalle" Work in Creole Loom

Poncho "Lavalle" , is part of the Federal Collection of 23 textile works Wayno, is a unique piece woven by hand with sheep wool threads on a Creole loom.

Dyed with tree resin , it is a high-density, closed-weave fabric in toasted and cinnamon tones.

On a horizontal cloth on a loom we design the work with the guard technique tied on a Creole loom.

It is the work of a family of artisans that collaborates in the care of our traditions and knowledge, also, on this work is the work of llama and sheep breeders, they are also families that participate in the value chain of this poncho .

In each work "a story" and this poncho has 35 days of loom work with a lot of love and dedication of artisans
