Poncho "Belgrano" Creole Loom

Poncho "BELGRANO" is part of the "INDEPENDENCE" Collection of 16 Wayno textile works.

The poncho is a unique piece woven by hand with sheep wool threads on a Creole loom , with a high density of closed weft and light weight.

On a horizontal cloth on a loom we design the work with hand-spun fiber in natural Adobe color.

It is the work of a family of artisans that collaborates in the care of our traditions and culture.

On this work, there is also the work of llama and sheep breeders, they are families that participate in the value chain of making this poncho.

In each work "a story" and this poncho has 35 days of loom work with a lot of love and dedication of artisans
